How are JGT products sourced and priced?
I personally source all of the products featured in the JGT online boutique, from all over the world. The quality of each individual item is checked prior to delivery to you, so you can be guaranteed that you are receiving a parcel with my stamp of approval! I am also sensitive towards offering products at reasonable pricing and strive to keep all pricing competitive with those in their country of origin. Please do understand however that freight and Australian duties and taxes are charged on imported goods and therefore there may be some differences in pricing.

I aim to support Australian made product where I can and am happy to stock locally produced items providing they fit within the JGT branding and philosophy. What are JGT's shipping costs & lead-times in Australia?


For all of our standard deliveries we use we use the Australia Post. Standard shipping to metro locations Australia wide usually takes 2-5 business days within the same State and 3-6 business days Interstate (metro -metro).

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15. Regional Flat Rate Shipping is charged at $20.

If your parcel is particularly large or going to a remote Regional destination we will find the best and most economic courier service to complete the job through the courier network portal Transdirect. You will be contacted with a shipping quote prior to your parcel being dispatched.


Express Post delivers next business day for Metro to Metro or within the same State. For more remote Regional areas delivery times are up to 4 days.

A flat rate charge of $20 is charged for Express Post Metro and a flat rate of $30 for Express Post to Regional locations . These flat rates apply to deliveries weighing up to 5kgs. Packages more than 5kgs will incur an additional postage fee which will be communicated prior to parcel dispatch.

The Express network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. This Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest possible transport links will be found, but it won’t be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.

Parcel dimensions exceeding 0.25 cubic metres, with any single dimension more than 105cm and weight more than 22kg are not able to be sent via the Express Parcel Post network. Please check the size and weight guidelines for details.

Does JGT ship Internationally?

We are able to deliver to over 220 countries and territories at low prices worldwide .All international deliveries are also shipped by Sendle, providing they fall into the following Zones:

Zone 1 New Zealand 4-6 working days.

Zone 2 North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific 6-13 working days.

Zone 3 Rest of the world 10 – 15 working days.

A Flat rate of $20 is charged for packages weighing up to 250g traveling to any International Zone . Packages larger than this will be quoted as per their size and weight and customers contacted to confirm charges prior to shipping.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are at the discretion of the receiving county or territory and must be paid by the receiver of the parcel.

What is the JGT returns policy?

A returns service is offered if for any reason the product is faulty or on the rare occasion that the item is lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Returns are offered within 7 days of receipt of your items and a refund or exchange given. Where applicable shipping will not be refunded for initial delivery, however we will happily pick up the tab for the return shipping costs.

For change of mind an exchange or store credit will be offered and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items will be refunded at the sale purchase price and not the full retail price once they are taken off sale.

Does JGT offer a gift wrapping service?

At JGT we love a gorgeous parcel!! Therefore we happily gift wrap all the items we send free of charge so that you are extra excited when you take delivery of them!
