I personally source all of the products featured in the JGT online boutique, from all over the world. The quality of each individual item is checked prior to delivery to you, so you can be guaranteed that you are receiving a parcel with my stamp of approval! I am also sensitive towards offering products at reasonable pricing and strive to keep all pricing competitive with those in their country of origin. Please do understand however that freight and Australian duties and taxes are charged on imported goods and therefore there may be some differences in pricing.
I aim to support Australian made product where I can and am happy to stock locally produced items providing they fit within the JGT branding and philosophy. STANDARD DELIVERY
For standard deliveries we use Australia Post Parcel Post. Standard Shipping to Metro areas is charged at a flat rate of $20 and Regional Deliveries at $25. Any bulky orders (larger than a brief case or over 5kg) additional shipping charges may apply and be quoted post checkout.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Post delivers next business day. A flat rate charge of $25 is charged for Express Post deliveries less than Shoebox size (5kg) to Metro areas within Australian Capital Cities.
Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service times is to and from townships only. Regional Express Post Shipping for parcels less than shoebox size (5kgs) flat rate express shipping is charged at $35
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, the fastest possible transport links will be found, but it won’t be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.

Delivery of larger bulky items Express
For larger bulkier parcels (over 5kgs up to 25kg ) that need to be expressed to metro or regional areas, we will contact you with a quote from our providers at Transdirect. Please see their T&C’s here: https://www.transdirect.com.au/terms-and-conditions/
FURNITURE DELIVERIES
Due to the fragile nature of furniture, specialty furniture specialist companies are used for delivery. We aim to provide the most economical service and consequently, freight charges will be quoted and agreed via phone or email prior to dispatch.

Just Gorgeous Things can ship Internationally on a case by case basis. Pleasecontact us and we can organise a freight quotation.
A returns service is offered if for any reason the product is faulty or on the rare occasion that the item is lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Returns are offered within 7 days of receipt of your items and a refund or exchange given. Where applicable shipping will not be refunded for initial delivery, however we will happily pick up the tab for the return shipping costs.
For change of mind an exchange or store credit will be offered and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items will be refunded at the sale purchase price and not the full retail price once they are taken off sale.
