From the Artist: "In this work it's all about forward energy. My intention was to make you want to ride. Watching a well trained horse go around you seems to make all of us riders want to get on.This print is produced from a high resolution scan of the large 152cm x 102cm original acrylic horse painting done in modern abstract style using a variety of interesting paint effects achieved through vertical brushwork and paint runs to create movement. .
Elegant yet energetic and impactful this abstract horse print always gets noticed.
The original horse painting also won Honors Finalist at an American Academy of Equine Art Juried Show. The show included both horse drawing, horse painting and sculpture. The standard of images was particularly high. I feel very fortunate to have been part of that amazing group."
